The Paris Blockchain Week startup competition has become a key event within the blockchain industry and one of the most prestigious and coveted awards for startups, entrepreneurs and investors. A direct competition that pits some of the most promising Web3 projects against each other, the aim of the competition is to highlight groundbreaking new initiatives with enormous potential to make a positive and real impact.
More than 800 startups participated in the competition, from which the best 100 were selected for the first time. The Top 100 received exposure and commentary from dozens of the blockchain industry's most renowned investors.
This year's projects had the exclusive opportunity to present their ideas and initiatives to over 500 potential investors, including venture capitalists, accelerators, angel investors and DAO representatives, to gain their support and the chance to benefit from massive exposure, prizes, funding, and grants.
For investors, the Startup Competition offered them an exclusive opportunity to identify and connect with talented founders and invest in high-potential Web3 projects generating highly qualified startup deal flow.

The support of these partners was instrumental in making the Paris Blockchain Week Startup Competition one of the most anticipated and illustrious startup competitions on the crypto calendar, contributing not only to the $10 million prize pool but also to the selection process of the top 100 candidates invited to present their innovations at this year's event. More than 800 ambitious startups participated in the competition this year, the Top 100 was finally reduced to 10 finalists invited to pitch their projects during the Paris Blockchain Week investor day on April 11. After the presentations, the four winners took the stage during the Le Carrousel du Louvre will present its innovations and pitch Tim Draper during a live recording of the hit show “Meet the Drapers” (+20M viewers worldwide) .
