TSM FTX Collaborates with Solana and Serum-Powered Blockchain Game Aurory
During the first week of June, FTX Trading Limited revealed that the crypto company had signed a naming rights deal with US professional esports organization TSM for $210 million. The announcement stated that the crypto company will rename the esports organization “TSM FTX,” and the two companies will collaborate in a multi-year partnership arrangement.
On Friday, TSM FTX clarified that the company will launch the organization’s first-ever NFT suite. NFTs are manufactured by aurory.io. Aurory is similar to the blockchain-powered game Axie Infinity but makes use of the Solana blockchain and Serum, a decentralized exchange (dex) built on Solana.
“Aurory is a JRPG computer game where people develop in a rich and diverse world,” the game’s website details. “In this world, you will discover Antik and Cryptos, which are two different regions and biomes. You will meet many NPCs and mystical creatures that live in this world, called Nefties. Throughout your journey, you will possess Nefties and use them to fight in great battles.”
TSM FTX drops 4 NFT ‘Aurians’
TSM FTX has dropped four individual NFTs dubbed “Aurians” and each of them wears TSM merchandise as the 2017 LCS-winning jersey. There’s also a new 2021 release that features the TSM FTX logo and ad details.
“These exclusive avatars have multiple functions both in and out of the game,” TSM FTX explains. “Including working with the player’s visual identity, allowing owners early access to play future game modes before they are released to the public, exclusive access to special modes and bonuses, and much more.”
TSM FTX fans can also enter to win one of the exclusive incarnations of NFT and the company says the rest of the tokens will be auctioned at a later date. Finally, TSM FTX stated that the Aurory blockchain is in line with TSM FTX’s “vision of the future.”
