Shytoshi Kusama says he or the Shiba Inu network has nothing to do with the PAW token
In a recent tweet, lead cryptocurrency meme developer Shiba Inu clarified the status of his relationship with the PAW meme coin.
“I have nothing to do with the PAW token”
SHIB’s lead developer, known in the social media space by an alias Shytoshi Kusama, took to Twitter to answer the many questions he’s received lately about whether or not he’s connected in any way. either to the PAW token that has recently appeared on the market. He also pointed out that he doesn’t own any PAW parts.
He stated that he had nothing to do with this cryptocurrency meme, and it had nothing to do with Shiba Inu. He warned the SHIB community to be careful, saying there were “a lot of wolves in Shib’s clothes”.
I have often received this question: no. I have nothing to do with the Paw token and I don’t even own one. Anything you hear to the contrary is a lie. Be careful #Shibarmemany wolves in Shib’s clothes.

However, Twitter user SHIBARMY CANADA (@Dezaxe) shared a screenshot of another recent comment by Shytoshi about PAW, this time from a Telegram chat. In this one, the developer says there’s nothing wrong with PAW, that’s not true.
Kusama has just re-emphasized that he is personally not associated with this cryptocurrency meme. He added: “I’m sure there are some nice people behind this.”
Source of the Kusama-PAW Rumors
In the comment thread, user @Dezaxe suggested that Shytoshi better continue with Shibarium’s version, rather than post negative comments wanting to rely on this layer 2 protocol for SHIB.
The same user also shared a link to Etherscan, which shows that in October last year, 8 billion Shiba Inu were sent from Shytoshi’s wallet to an address containing PAW tokens.
This, he claimed, caused rumors that Shytoshi might be connected in some way to this crypto project.
@ShytoshiKusama you sent 2 billion shib to this wallet on Oct 12, 2022 02:15:35 PM +UTC and this wallet is blocked $PAWhere’s where the rumors are coming from, if that’s not your wallet, ok, but please focus on the shibarium, it’s flute day by the way.

User @martinDouglas_ chimed in to clarify that the aforementioned wallet to which Shytoshi transferred 8 billion SHIB does not belong to Kusama but to @Web3Queenie, a community manager for the game Shiba Eternity.
A few words about PAW tokens
The PAW symbol for their token was introduced by the PawZone project, which is currently building an NFT marketplace for Shibarium. Founder JD recently took to Twitter to say that although his project is over a year old, someone else has launched another PAW token.
He thinks these people stole the ticker from his token “to steal the fire” he organically created in the first place. He thanked Shytoshi Kusama for clarifying his attitude towards the PAW token.
Thank you for this Shytoshi🙏 They first used the same $PAW symbol like the one I introduced for my project over a year ago to confuse people and steal the fire I organically generated then lied to everyone into thinking Shy was invested. They all lied to you #ShibArmy
