In the past hour, whales have caught nearly 40 billion Shiba Inu while diving
According to data shared by Etherscan, in the past hour, anonymous wallet owners moved nearly 40 billion Shiba Inu coins to and from major crypto exchanges.
Whales move 36.5 billion SHIBs
Several massive transactions have been spotted by Etherscan in the last 60 minutes. Six transfers mostly carried packages of 6 billion or 6.4 billion SHIB. The smallest here moved 1.5 billion Shiba Inus. The two biggest moved 9 billion meme plays.
Of these billions of SHIBs, 13 billion were purchased and withdrawn from the Crypto.com exchange. A total of 1.5 billion was purchased on KuCoin and also withdrawn to a cold wallet.
A total of 6.1 billion Shiba Inu tokens were sent to a Binance wallet, and 6.5 billion SHIB were transferred to OKX – the most likely to be sold.
The amount of 36,500,000,000 SHIB is equivalent to $316,090, based on the current SHIB/USD exchange rate.
Shibarium reaches new milestones
Recently, the Shibarium layer 2 network and its Puppynet testnet passed several important new milestones, which means Shibarium’s usefulness is growing rapidly.
In particular, the total number of transactions made on Puppynet exceeded 11.5 million. The number of connected crypto wallets is approaching the 16 million mark.
Here’s when Shibarium is scheduled to launch
Shiba Inu ecosystem content marketer Lucie took to Twitter to share the news of Shibarium’s estimated release date.
Quoting one of the developers, called Shibarium1, she expects the launch to take place in the third quarter of this year. Previously, Shibarium1 named August as a likely time for this, and Shiba Inu lead developer Shytoshi Kusama named July.
Lucie pointed out that several teams are working on the launch of the mainnet with the AI integrated. The team is not pumping tokens from the SHIB ecosystem, she said, but “focuses on sustainable growth.” She concluded that the estimated launch time is Q2-Q3 this year, adding that “the testing process and security audits are crucial before launch.”
UNDERSTAND – if some tests go wrong it may take longer – it is under construction – it is not made from a magic box😜

However, Lucie also tweeted that if anything in testing goes wrong, the release might happen later. “It’s under construction – it’s not made from a magic box,” she added.
