Ripple users launch payment tool for Indian expats, says community activist
As noted by WrathofKahneman, a pseudonymous Ripple and XRP community enthusiast, two Ripple fintech users decacorn have deployed a cross-border digital payment solution for Indian citizens staying in Bahrain.
NPCI Bharat BillPay, with Federal Bank and Lulu Exchange, both #Ripple users, launched xborder inbound bill payments for Indian expats in Bahrain. It will allow payment through the Bharat Bill Payment system through Lulu Exchange and their app, LuLu Money.

NPCI Bharat BillPay, together with customers Ripple, Federal Bank and Lulu Exchange, announced the official mainnet launch of a cross-border inbound payment billing service.
This launch is designed to enable non-residents of Bahrain to take advantage of digital payment services for payments in India. Previously, they had to rely on conventional payment methods.
Shalini Warrier, Executive Director of Federal Bank, is excited about the role and mission of the new service:
We believe this direct payment facility will delight recipients as it enables a convenient, secure and seamless bill payment experience.
Payments with the new service can be made either at LuLu Exchange offices or through its app for smartphones.

With this license, it can provide a wide range of services in Singapore to individuals and businesses.
