Head of Shiba Inu Developers Shares Another SHIB Metaverse Preview as SXSW Event Begins
SHIB Developer Team Leader Shytoshi Kusama took to Twitter to share that the SHIB Team had prepared for the “Best Movie Poster” contest for SXSW – a festival held annually at the Texas, United States.
SHIB WAGMI Temple awaits visitors today
The SHIB Metaverse will be showcased at this important annual gathering of independent film, media and music festivals. The poster Kusama shared, as he clarified, is a screenshot from the Shiba Inu Metaverse. Apparently, the screenshot shows the WAGMI Temple – one of 11 hubs that will be unlocked for all players to use once the SHIB-based virtual universe launches.
Other hubs whose concept art has already been revealed to the SHIB community include Tech Trench, Canyon, and Rocket Pond. The project is created by the SHIB team in collaboration with The Third Floor studio.

Discover the history of the SHIB
To celebrate the appearance of the Metaverse at SXSW, the Shiba Inu team is hosting what’s called a “Metaverse Happy Hour” today. During this period, visitors to the event are invited to participate between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. They will be able to discover the SHIB metaverse at the WAGMI temple.
During this insight into the virtual Shiba Inu world, visitors will be invited to learn more about SHIB and its concepts of decentralization which are the basis of the coin and its ecosystem, they will be able to explore the history of the creation of the token by its founder Ryoshi and lead developer Shytoshi Kusama, who has now taken the lead after Ryoshi chose to disappear from social media, deleting his accounts across all platforms.
