Dionaea, a private Israeli intelligence firm, revealed a film showing an insider from SpotOption, a binary options brokerage, saying the company tricked its platform into taking money from traders. According to The Times of Israel, the insider has recorded an alleged executive of the broker who made statements about the company being scammed.
As a result, the video recording was submitted to the Tel Aviv District Court on June 16 this year as part of a class-action lawsuit against SpotOption, the media reported. Several investors have taken legal action from many parts of the world claiming that the platform defrauded them. The Times of Israel said the footage dates back to March 17, 2021.
“You have electronic keys, and you can play with numbers. You press a key and you play with the number,” the insider commented to two investigators about SpotOption deceiving people and claiming that it favors the platform for profit making on the part of the company. According to the media, former leaders of the Israeli army and Mossad work in the private intelligence company.
