Specifically, Wood has helped iS Prime’s bank, non-bank and institutional brokerage clients manage their liquidity by giving them access to competitive pricing while undertaking analysis of the flows and consequences of their transactions.
“(I) optimized liquidity for our clients and make/take relationships within the institutional agency industry,” Wood wrote of his role at iS Prime on his LinkedIn profile. “Over the past 12 months, traded volumes and revenue have increased by 200%.”
Prior to iS Prime, Wood managed two positions at State Street. First, he was a Senior Partner for the Professional Development Program between 2016 and 2018. He then worked as an agent for FX Connect Trade and Application Solutions at GlobalLink, State Street’s suite of electronic trading platforms.
Wood marked his entry into the financial industry in June 2014 after joining State Street as a multi-asset strategy intern. In the entry-level role, he provided analysis on the foreign exchange, fixed income and equity markets.
