Denis Golomedov, chief marketing officer of RoboMarkets, resigned from his position after five and a half years. His LinkedIn profile shows he quit the job last month.
Golomedov joined RoboMarkets in Cyprus in August 2017 and was responsible for planning, developing and executing the forex and CFD broker’s marketing and advertising initiatives. However, the executive took the chief marketing position at another undisclosed private company, according to his LinkedIn profile.
“During my journey in the company (RoboMarkets), (I) built a complete marketing department from scratch,” Golomedov wrote on LinkedIn.
The executive has over two decades of industry experience in roles including marketing, corporate communications, technology strategy and web software development. Before joining RoboMarkets, he was head of the Quant department at FxPro Group in Cyprus between 2014 and 2016. He joined the online broker as an IT analyst in August 2013.
At FxPro, Golomedov said he has also “built a strong team from the ground up to provide bespoke professional services for the SuperTrader investment platform.”
Between 2000 and 2011, Golomedov spent the early days of his career in roles based in Moscow, Russia. He ran his own company, ROKKOT, between April 2011 and August 2013, building a strong software development team. He also worked as head of the IT department at Megapolis between 2006 and 2010.
