Bankrupt crypto lender Celsius Network has announced that it will proceed with its Chapter 11 restructuring plan with a disclosure statement containing information for debt holders.
In an April 7 notice to users, debtors of Celsius said they will file a disclosure statement on April 12. A March 31 court filing with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York said the statement was intended to provide “adequate information” for debt holders to vote on the proposed restructuring plan sponsored by NovaWulf.
Last week, we filed our Chapter 11 Reorganization Plan (“the Plan”) with the support of the
Committee and plan sponsor, NovaWulf. You can find the plan here:https://t.co/RY95ncZSl8— Celsius (@CelsiusNetwork) April 7, 2023
